The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone the subject site from RM-5C (Residential) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District. The proposal is to allow for the development of two mixed-use buildings at 44 (east tower) and 41 (west tower) storeys above a six-storey podium. The proposal includes:
- 236 residential strata units (west tower);
- 377 residential rental units (east tower);
- Commercial space on the ground floor;
- A floor space ratio (FSR) of 16.11 (east tower) and 14.60 (west tower); and
- Building heights of 117.3 m (385 ft.) with additional height for rooftop amenity space.
