The third of Henriquez's Vancouver West end condominium towers extends the concept of "fictional history", bringing in forms from early European modernism together with an invented narrative to shape a formally complex building. At a height of twenty-two storeys, the Presidio is the tallest of the three towers and closest to Stanley Park and Lost Lagoon.
