Formerly the historical Canadian Linen Building, the Metropolis initiated the heritage revitalization agreement that allowed additional floor area while protecting heritage significant structures. Completely updated and modernized, The Metropolis combines a Choices Market, yoga studio, hair salon and restaurant, with 100 residential units, to provide convenient and accessible urban living. 2 story lofts were incorporated into the plans and ensured that the Metropolis quickly became the discerning buyer’s first choice in a highly competitive marketplace.
