Bayshore Gardens is a departure from the usual street wall form seen in the rest of Coal Harbour neighbourhood. Here the towers have minimal ground floors to provide a more open site while the landscaping makes a good use of water as many of the pools are used to separate the towers and help define public and private spaces.
